　　1、作業先前用手搬動飛輪，檢查傳動機構和工作裝置，調整間隙，堅固螺絲，確認無誤后啟動空運轉，檢查軸承應無異響，齒輪應嚙合良好。

　　2、作業前檢查潤滑情況，按潤滑表規定進行潤滑；檢查三角皮帶松緊度；檢查各傳動機構有無異常現象，若系旋轉刀盤剪斷式，則先運轉調直筒12分鐘，運轉正常后再起動切斷機構，同時檢查離合器是否靈活可靠。檢查電路和開關，線頭連接應牢固，保險絲應符合規定，電磁開關應接觸可靠，動作靈活，接地應良好。

　　2.
